BinMaster has confirmed it is celebrating a new beginning after a tornado destroyed its 115,000-square-foot facility on April 26 of this year.
A system of several tornados came through the region, taking many buildings in Nebraska and Iowa with it – both homes and businesses. According to the National Weather Service, it was the strongest series of tornadoes for the area in a decade.
The company said that, while the entire campus was leveled in 20 seconds, it was able to assemble sensors within three weeks and, in late July, was able to move into its new offices at the Innovation Campus at the University of Lincoln. The new location is jus a few miles from the former facility.
BinMaster said it would not have been able to do everything without the support of its vendor partners. In fact, amidst the recovery, BinMaster said it was able to introduce a new line of rotary level indicators, including the BMRX-300 with a large LED status indicator light, the BMRX-200 with PCB and DPDT switch, and the BMRX-100 electromechanical models.
